Guidelines

This project result consists of two elements

  • Guidelines to promote the uptake of project results and deliverables beyond the scope of the partnership and the scale of the project. The DEW Guidelines aim to mainstream and sustain project results after the end of the cofunding from Erasmus+
  • Inputs to the community of policy and practice in the domain of entrepreneurship and gender equality.

The DEW Policy Recommendation is the document collecting all the lessons learned acquired at implementation and consolidating the wealth of knowledge on the dynamics of female entrepreneurship from an operational perspective. The DEW Guidelines are the operational procedures for other operators of the education and training ecosystem concerned with female entrepreneurship. The document will outline the operational lessons learned from the perspective of what worked and what could have been improved from a pedagogical perspective on the basis of the execution and deployment of the DEW training, along with the following elements:

  • Organisation of the training
  • Communication with target groups and potential attendees
  • Enrolment
  • Classroom management
  • Blended learning and online delivery
  • Learners’ motivation and classroom management
  • Learners’ feedback
  • Suggestions on how to best deliver training in diverse operational settings The Guidelines will serve as support for the implementation of the DEW in organizations outside the partnership to adopt and embed the training in their activities. The DEW Policy Recommendation is the Policy Paper of DEW and provides inputs to “evidence-based” policy making in the field of entrepreneurship
